Support
A qualification rig is not a purchase, it is a dependency. What matters is what happens in year three, when an instrument fails a week before an audit.
Ring +44 1252 875600 first, whatever the problem. Sandhurst holds the commercial relationship and routes it — you should not have to work out which of three entities owns your question.
- Service on a delivered system
- Diagnosis and repair on systems we built. Sandhurst is the first call; the engineering answer comes from the people who designed it.
- Calibration
- What a system arrives calibrated to, and what it needs annually, depends on the system and on what your assessor requires. Ask and you will get the actual position for your configuration.
- Installation and relocation
- Commissioning on site, and moving a rack between sites without losing its acceptance record — the record being the thing that is genuinely hard to replace.
- Maintenance and upgrades
- Instrument replacement as parts reach end-of-life, and capability upgrades to an existing rack. Open architecture is what keeps this a configuration change.
- Test programmes and fixtures
- New sequences on an existing system, and the fixtures to hold whatever you are now testing.
- Training
- On the executive and on the system as delivered, for the people who will actually run it.
Where the answer comes from
Intepro UK Limited in Sandhurst is the entity you contract with and the first point of contact. Engineering sits at the group head office in California, where the systems are designed and built. Limerick covers European service and is the established economic operator for anything placed on the EU market. In practice a support conversation starts in Sandhurst and the technical answer comes from whoever built the thing.
If your question is about equipment whose British channel is not ours — the lines marked on the equipment pages as integrated rather than supplied — the distributor who holds that line supports it, and we will point you at them.
Common questions
Calibration, end-of-life instruments, DEFCON 658 and who you are contracting with are all answered on the questions page.
