Test systems and software
Integrated ATE, battery cyclers, burn-in and the test executive that drives them.
This is the layer Intepro is actually built around, and the reason a British customer would come here rather than to a distributor with a rental fleet. Instruments can be bought from a dozen places. A rack that runs an unattended qualification sequence overnight, logs it in a form an assessor accepts, and does the same thing a year later is a different purchase.
Procyon PTS 2100 power supply test system
Intepro own design5 kW – 480 kW · 40–1500 V · to 8000 A
A configured power supply and battery test system rather than a set of instruments.
The distinction that matters to a British buyer is who owns the result. A rack that arrives characterised, documented and repeatable is a different purchase from a shelf of instruments and a summer of integration work.
CTS4000 eight-channel battery cycler
Intepro own design0–110 V · 0–3000 A · max 21 kVA, user-definable · 8 channels
An eight-channel cycler for cell and module work where channel count matters more than peak power.
User-definable power across channels is what lets one cycler serve several test programmes at once instead of being sized for the largest and idle for the rest.
SemTest power semiconductor reliability ATE
Intepro own designto 1200 V · to 1000 A · to 20 kW total dissipated
Reliability and qualification test equipment for power semiconductors — SiC and IGBT devices in particular.
British power-electronics research and the compound semiconductor cluster in South Wales are the obvious users. Qualification here means long unattended runs with data an assessor will accept, which is a software and logging problem as much as a power one.
Vega customisable high-power bidirectional racks
Intepro own design15 kW – 480 kW · to 1500 V DC · to 6100 A · 3 configurations
Configurable bidirectional power racks built to a requirement rather than picked from a range.
This is the build-to-print end of the catalogue: the specification comes from the test programme, not from a model number. It is also where most of the third-party high-power hardware in this catalogue ends up, whoever supplies it.
Accelerated life and burn-in systems
Intepro own designConfigured to the programme — chamber, load, supply and sequencing integrated
Burn-in and environmental stress screening systems, built around the product being screened.
Screening is a volume-manufacturing discipline: the system has to run continuously, fail safely and produce records automatically. British telecom and aerospace manufacturing are the usual customers.
PowerStar test executive
Intepro own designSoftware — sequencing, instrument control, limits and reporting
The test executive that drives the hardware: sequences, limits, results and reports.
The part that decides whether a qualification is repeatable a year later, and the part that produces the record an assessor asks for. Any DEFCON 658 conversation about a delivered test system lands here rather than on the power hardware.
